Make sure to take a look at the SCI record book this year.  Oak Creek Whitetail Ranch should hold four out of the top five SCI world record typical whitetail deer and four out of the top five non-typical whitetail deer ever harvested.  These records won't last long though, some lucky hunter has broken the World Record each year for the last couple years on the ranch, and this year should be no different (world records are pending). 

Some lucky hunter will break the new Safari Club World Record again this year on the ranch.  We have a typical whitetail deer that was 25 ½ inches wide and scored around 240 inches as a 4yr old.  We also have another 4yr old non-typical whitetail deer that scored 240 inches.  Both should hit their prime this year, along with around ten other whitetail deer that should go over 200 inches.

Each whitetail deer hunt at Oak Creek Whitetail Ranch is individually tailored to accommodate each deer hunter. Experienced guides assist in fulfilling the deer hunt of a lifetime. Oak Creek Whitetail Ranch offers many conveniences for its deer hunters, including waterproof tree stands equipped with comfortable seating and heaters. For the serious bow hunter we have a modern supply of lock on tree stands so we can get deep in our whitetail bedding areas. If you like an exciting whitetail hunt, Oak Creek Whitetail Ranch offers an unbelievable whitetail rut hunt. During the rut, we like to provide our whitetail hunters, who are physically able, with the opportunity to venture into the timber and rattle up some of our record book deer. Hunters will experience what it is like to see mature whitetail deer fighting for dominance, while deer after deer respond at one time to the rattling of the horns.

Deer hunting Season is September through January.  Most whitetail deer hunts include: licenses, lodging, meals, one-on-one guide service (who will video tape your experience), dressing, capping, and pick-up service to and from the St. Louis Airport.  We can also arrange for processing and shipping of the meat and taxidermist service.
